Three Module Process
Implementation
The Pilot Phase

The first stage of implementation is the actioning of all the Design requisitions in anticipation of a small-scale (normally 15-50 agent) short duration (normally 4-5 week) project, identical to the process defined, but smaller and shorter.

Special care is taken in selecting the pilot group, as it will form the core from which the managers emerge, post-pilot. Process, Trainer, and Management training is conducted directly by DMM.

During the pilot, evaluations and modifications are effected in real time in consultation with the Client to optimise results.

As the end of the pilot draws near, DMM and the end Client meet to assess the results of the project. Profitability, duration of viability, scalability of results, and other issues are addressed. If fundamental process changes are in order, a second pilot, or an extension of the initial pilot may be initiated.
The Roll-Out Phase
Based on an analysis of the pilot, modifications are made to optimise productivity. 'Roll-Out' is the phase in which the team size is systematically increased to draw closer to the desired productivity volume. The Roll-Out is evaluated at regular intervals in consultation with the Client.
The Production Phase

When the project has reached its desired productivity volume it is considered matured into the 'Production Phase'. Production is then evaluated at regular intervals and in consultation with the Client.
